Ex-husband Pie
Please understand that this is a proverbial pie, not a literal one. I would NEVER do this to an actual pie.  

I'm back!!! Life has taken on a whole new direction for me these past couple of years and thus the blog has been on the back burner . Lets just say I was perfecting a recipe called Ex-Husband Pie. It's full of cheap ingredients, smells terrible and tastes bitter too . No matter how long you baked that thing it stayed cold, cold, cold. It took me awhile to clean up the burned on mess left behind so I finally decided to throw the whole dish out with the trash and tear up the recipe.  I have since been working on The Spice Of Life, Joy In A Jar and Contentment Cake. Turns out these recipes were in the recipe box all along....Stay tuned as I return to doing what I love and find out what happened to a crappy canteloupe that disappointed me. I got even with it...Jillbilly's Kitchen prevails!
